I help clients deal with their emotional distress and problems in living.  I also work with individuals who wish to understand themselves better.


Therapy involves comforting, advising, encouraging, reassuring, and mostly listening, attentively and sympathetically. If needed, I am also comfortable challenging someone's unhealthy thoughts or behaviors.


I view therapy as an emotional outlet that gives clients the opportunity to express themselves and be themselves.
